A voice-interactive companion device, built end to end — with EU data residency as a hard requirement.
Built
We shipped the whole stack in-house: an ESP32 device, a Flutter app, and a Laravel backend, tied together in real time over WebSockets. Speech runs on Azure STT/TTS and the LLM on Google Vertex AI — chosen specifically to keep data inside the EU.

    Need
    Drop-in AI chat any site can embed, backed by a real service.
    Built
    A framework-agnostic Stencil web component talking to a Laravel service, with AWS Bedrock generating the answers. One tag to embed; the heavy lifting stays server-side.

    ChildLink — co-parenting app

    Need
    Separated parents needed a calm, shared place to plan their kids' days — shipped in 6 weeks.

    A cross-platform Flutter app on Firebase and Firestore, delivered through Codemagic CI. Idea to store-ready in six weeks.

    IoT gate access

    Need
    Open the office gate from your phone — but only when you're actually there.
    Built
    We converted a physical remote, added a Wi-Fi microcontroller, and built the control into an existing mobile app over AWS IoT — geofenced to 50 m of the office. Housed in a custom 3D-printed enclosure.
